Scottish Fiction Teaser

Guess who's back? Back again!

No not him. Me. Last week saw a rare break in the relentless drive to showcase great new Scottish music. So I'm back in style this week. Another guest live in the studio, joining me on Monday's show is Lonely And Lola who are picking the tracks for the first hour and talking about their music. Oh and some live songs to boot.

And here's a taste of what you might hear in the second hour of the show...

Tune in from 9pm tomorrow night, you know you want to...

Scottish Fiction Teaser

I'm sure with my proven track record of lining up great songs, providing topical chat, and providing cutting insights you don't need much convincing to listen into my Scottish Fiction show, which is on tonight at 9pm on Pulse Community Radio.

What's that? You do?!?

Well wrap your sensory orafices round this then for a taster of what's coming on tonight's show.

Tune in on 98.4 FM in East Renfrewshire and www.pulseonair.co.uk to listen online.

Scottish Fiction Teaser

I've not done a teaser for a few week's, so let's take advantage of a quiet Sunday afternoon!

I know I'm biased, but Monday's show is going to be phenomenal. I've got some great new Scottish music lined up, and the theme this week is 'The End Of The World', which has already thrown up some good suggestions!

The general feel of the show is quite electronic and ambient based, so to tickle your earbuds here is The xx 'Islands'.

Scottish Fiction Teaser

As if having Adam Holmes (minus his Embers) performing live on the show this evening wasn't enough of a teaser to convince you to listen tonight, I'm throwing this into the mix as well. You know you can't resist!

Scottish Fiction Teaser

It's Monday night again, you know. Which can mean many things, but one of those things is that Scottish Fiction is back on the radio on Pulse Community Radio on 98.4 FM and online at www.pulseonair.co.uk from 9pm to 11pm.

I've got a fair good selection of music to send into your ears tonight, including an acoustic theme for the last hour. I'll also try to provide some banter to ease the painful start of another week, but I don't make any promises.

Here's a wee sneak preview of what you might here tonight:

Scottish Fiction Teaser

Monday is just around the corner, and with it comes the invevitable sense of dread about a new working week. However salvation is not far away, for once the working day is done, you can tune into Scottish Fiction on Pulse Community Radio from 9pm to 11pm. Here's a sneak preview of what you can expect.

Scottish Fiction Teaser

Second teaser for Monday night's show coming at y'all. Regular listeners should know I'm prone to throwing down some hip-hop beats just to prove I'm down with the kids. Back before Kanye West started sampling Daft Punk, he was pretty much the best rapper and producer on the scene. So on Monday night from 9pm on Pulse Community Radio expect to hear some Kanye West featuring another well known rapper, with a song featuring a sample from Shirley Bassey. Guessed yet? I'll leave you with this in the meantime:

Scottish Fiction Teaser

In an effort to start building up some sense of anticipation about my regular Monday night show, I decided on a whim it might be a good idea to post a few teasers of what's coming up on the show every week.

I'm well prepared this week, and I can guarantee a show packed full of Scottish talent. How I've gone nearly six months without playing a track from Louise Connell, a.k.a. Reverieme already is criminal on my part, but tune in on Monday night at 9pm onwards to Pulse Community Radio to hear some beautiful music from her. In the meantime enjoy this little number!
